Harsh Vardhan leads the Institutional Investors Initiative (I-Cube) at Invest India, the national investment promotion agency under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry. He drives strategic engagement with global Limited Partners—including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, endowments, and asset managers—to channel long-term capital into India’s priority sectors. With 8+ years of experience in investment promotion and consulting, he has worked across India, North America, and Europe, contributing to initiatives like the $1.2 Bn PLI Scheme for Food Processing and NITI Aayog’s blended finance programs. An IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, Harsh is passionate about financial markets, strategy, and sustainable global partnerships.
