Mr. Sathyaraj C.M. is a seasoned public administrator with 13+ years of experience in institutional development, regulatory affairs, and sports governance. He is currently General Manager at the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA), Ministry of Finance, where he has contributed significantly since 2020 in building the Authority, handling registrations, staffing, policy formulation. Currently, he is leading Banking Supervision, Foreign Universities, and the Financial Support Services Regulatory Division. Previously, he served in leadership roles at the Sports Authority of India, driving the Khelo India initiative and major national events, and also worked asChief Administrative Officer at IICA. He holds an engineering degree and specialized management qualifications in HR, Banking and Finance.
