Sunil Talati has over 30 years of corporate leadership experience in project management, business development and engineering design of electrical systems with an extensive background in power system analysis. Over the years, Sunil has worked on over 15 GW of renewable generation projects in many countries, including the USA, UAE, Ireland, India, Bangladesh, Turkey, United Kingdom, Honduras, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Russia, Georgia, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Indonesia, Ecuador and Venezuela.

Sunil also has many years of experience in corporate governance, finance, accounting and taxation, leading companies as both executive management and as a director, designing and building corporate infrastructure to maximize performance. He is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) from the State of Texas. In 2012, Sunil went through extensive M&A activities and successfully sold his firm PWR Solutions to DNV GL.
