A leader who dreams big and works with passion and persistence, I currently contribute at Infosys Foundation. Previously, I managed a ~$300M P&L at Infosys, scaled Pocharam campus from 23 to 42,000+ employees, and grew Indore campus fivefold in 8 months. As HYSEA President (2022–24), I represented 300+ IT/ITES firms. Passionate about “Giving Back,” I mentor women professionals through my “Transforming Reality” workshops and have shared my journey at ISB and IIIT Hyderabad alongside tech pioneers, inspiring others to dream big and turn ambitions into reality.
