Neha Karda is a Chartered Accountant and a seasoned finance leader with nearly 15 years of experience across finance, tax, and regulatory domains. As Director – Finance, Tax & Regulatory at ANSR, she partners with global enterprises to design and operationalize their Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India, advising on structuring, transfer pricing, compliance frameworks, and audit readiness. Before ANSR, she was the Head of Financial Shared services at SkySpecs, a Goldman-backed renewable energy company where she led cross-cultural teams. She began her career at KPMG India, where she spent a decade rising through the ranks to become Associate Director, specializing in statutory audits, group reporting, and audit innovation.
Beyond her corporate role, Neha is deeply passionate about nurturing the next generation of finance professionals. Having coached CA students early in her career, she continues to mentor aspiring Chartered Accountants and advocates actively for more women to join and thrive in the profession. She hopes to see a day when the ratio of qualified men to women in the CA fraternity stands proudly at 50:50, reflecting true equity and opportunity in the field she champions.
