CA Anant Govande is a rank-holder Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, and Company Secretary. He has done the “Managers for Leadership” course at Leeds University Business School under a British Council scholarship. He is Co-founder & Director of Offshore Accounting and Taxation Services (OATS), established in 2006. With over three decades of experience in finance, consolidation, and global reporting, he previously served as Finance Director at Geometric Software and spent ten years at Thermax in key finance roles. He is the Chairman of the Pune Branch of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (2025–26).
