Mr Chetan Kakariya is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience in tax consultancy. He is Head of Direct and International Tax at Roedl & Partner. He regularly advises MNCs in Indian entry strategy, international tax issues comprising residency, permanent establishment, royalty, FTS, transfer pricing, litigation management and other matters. He has delivered sessions on tax topics at ICAI events, Taxsutra, events organized by industry organisations and trade chambers. He regularly contributes thought leadership articles to print media and had also contributed for a chapter in the book on international taxation topics.
