Dinesh Deo is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of rich industry experience.

He recently completed 25 years in the Global Capability Centres (GCCs) industry in India. During these 25 years, he worked at eminent financial organizations such as GE Capital (Genpact, formerly GECIS), BNY Mellon, and Marsh McLennan. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer of both the BNY Mellon India GCC (2011-2018) and Marsh McLennan India GCC (2018-2025). Under his leadership, both BNY Mellon and MMGS more than doubled their multi-city India operations and achieved remarkable results.

Dinesh also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Computershare Business Support Services (CBSS), the India GCC, as an independent advisor.

Dinesh has a passion for coaching and mentoring. He has extensively coached and mentored middle and senior management professionals within and outside his organizations. He has been a mentor with the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women for successive years.
