MS Shalini Sankarshana is the Managing Director of Planview India Pvt. Ltd., a seasoned software product leader with nearly 25 years of experience in scaling enterprise platforms.
At Planview India, she has led the creation of high-performing, multifunctional teams, resulting in several Planview products being fully owned and operated from India. She quickly matured the Planview Capability and Innovation Centre (CIC) into a strategic hub. Shalini is an active member of NASSCOM & Regional Council for Karnataka and is a dedicated mentor, championing gender diversity in technology. She previously drove the expansion of the securities processing business at Broadridge Financial Solutions.
