Kandlur Sudhir Prabhu (Sudhir) is a Chartered Accountant (1990 batch) and holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI reflecting his long-standing engagement with finance, controls and technology. He is a global finance leader with over three decades of experience across manufacturing Industry, Consulting, Professional Practice as a Chartered Accountant and Finance Shared Services. Sudhir has led the transformation of ABB’s India Shared Accounting Center into a global finance hub and brings deep expertise in GCC leadership, finance process design, and tech-enabled transformation. He is currently the Global Head of Design, Architecture, and Integration for Finance Processes & Global Finance Applications at ABB, based out of Bengaluru. Today, he’ll share practical insights on building future-ready talent for global capability centers.
