• Assisted clients in buy-side and sell-side transactions, including financial, commercial, tax, and regulatory due diligence.
• Global F&A Outsourcing – Partnered with international clients, particularly in Australia, to deliver end-to-end F&A outsourcing solutions covering bookkeeping, management reporting, tax compliance, and advisory support.

• Advised on cross-border taxation and foreign exchange regulations, structuring inbound/outbound investments into and from India.
• Corporate Structuring – Supported Indian business houses in restructuring exercises such as mergers, demergers, hive-offs, buyback, capital reduction, and LLP-to-company conversions.
