As a Director on JLL India’s Board, Sandip steers the firm’s growth, drives strategic and operational decisions, and ensures the firm’s obligations are fulfilled. As a Senior Managing Director, he is responsible for overall business growth in his region, where JLL maintains market leadership. Sandip joined JLL in 2006 to head the Corporate Leasing business in Hyderabad and was promoted to Managing Director in 2012, becoming the youngest MD in the firm and a member of the India Leadership Council that same year. With 27 years of overall work experience, he has spent 20 years in real estate with JLL, working across multiple asset classes including Office, Retail, Residential, land, Warehousing and Industrial.
