Vijay Pasupulati is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with over two decades of experience spanning technology, financial services, and education. He has played a key role in building scalable organizations, including setting up global capability centers (GCCs) in India.

Before joining iSprout, Vijay co-founded OdinSchool, an online upskilling platform focused on bridging India’s skill gap through immersive bootcamps. He also co-founded GreyCampus, a  global online certification platform for working professionals, which was ranked among Deloitte’s Fast 50 technology companies in India four times.

Earlier in his career, Vijay held leadership roles at Goldman Sachs in both the US and India, where he was part of the founding team that established Goldman’s GCC in India. Currently, as Chief Experience Officer at iSprout, Vijay leverages his diverse expertise to enhance client experiences and drive experience-led growth in the flexible workspace industry.  He holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.Tech from NIT Warangal.
